Shipping Policy

With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience delays in shipping. Orders will be processed the following day and will be shipped in 2 – 3 days. Orders placed on a Saturday will be processed the following Monday and will be shipped in 2 – 3 days. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Please make sure to give the proper delivery address and that you or your representative is there to receive your order. For custom order/s, please allow 4 weeks or more for your order/s to ship. Our partner courier will be responsible in delivering your orders. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time. We do NOT ship on weekends and holidays. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Custom duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency of the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order for goods imported. Payment of any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver, and these fees will be collected at the time of delivery. The receiver must pay the duties and taxes due on their package. The international shipping cost at time of check out is non-refundable. If a package is returned to SEPA Cebu, any tax and duties added will be deducted from customer’s refund. Gift wrapping is not available for international orders since packages are opened and checked by customs. All items are packaged securely.



All packages will have a tracking number assigned to it. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Please make sure that your order/s is shipping to a secure location and that you or your representative is there to receive your order because once your order is delivered to the correct address, SEPA Cebu will not be responsible for lost and/or stolen packages/shipments. Customers will be responsible for claiming misplaced, lost, undelivered shipments directly with our partner courier. In the event that your package is lost or misplaced we will do our best to assist you.

Return & Exchange Policy


If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return, only on Full Price Items, within 7 days of your order's arrival. Sale items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Returned Merchandise must be received within 7 business days from the time of your request. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. Refunds will be made in the form of the store credits. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for the refund to post to your account.




Please be reminded that returns will only be accepted within 7 days of an order's arrival. All shipping fees incurred will be your responsibility. All pieces from SEPA Cebu are handcrafted by our artisans, so there will be quirks and imperfections here and there that add to the uniqueness of what you are about to wear.
