The prices on the website exclude delivery costs. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed, where applicable, and included in the “Total Cost”. Prices may change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders places due to inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
We are not responsible for any additional bank charges or fees that are charge by a third party payment provider. These fees are your obligation and will not be reimbursed by us.
SECTION 5: ORDERING
All orders will subject to availability and confirmation, hence, there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. All items purchased from us, you will bear the risk of loss for such items upon our transfer of possession of the purchased items to the carrier for delivery.
We cannot be held liable if a package is delivered late. Ownership of the product(s) will only be transferred to you upon receiving full payment.
SECTION 6: RETURNS
In circumstances that the product does not conform to your order or in case of defective products, kindly notify and contact us promptly. You may return the product to us, and upon our receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to replacement or refund within a reasonable period of time.

You agree to provide with accuracy your actual, current and complete account information for all purchases made in our store. It is your responsibility to promptly update your account and other payment information, including your email address and credit card numbers in order for us to complete your transactions. After the termination of this agreement, you will cease to have access to our site and we will no longer provide our services to you.

No failure on our part to enforce any of our rights or remedies under these Terms shall constitute as a waiver of such rights and remedies. You agree that our remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of the Terms would be inadequate and that we shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that we may be legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees.
